IQ Consultants LLC is a direct business lender providing working capital loans, equipment financing, revenue-based financing, business expansion loans, invoice financing, and business lines of credit to qualifying businesses. Our services are intended solely for business purposes and are not available to individual consumers for personal, family, or household use.

All funding decisions are made at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Terms and conditions of any approved funding are subject to a separate written agreement.

3. Eligibility

To apply for and receive funding from IQ Consultants LLC, you must:

• Be an authorized representative of a legally operating business entity in the United States
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and communications
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
